The current year has seen continued growth in revenue and orders. A strategic partnership with Kilburn Engineering and ventures into larger EPC/turnkey projects bode well for our ambitious path forward. An R&D Center is in the works, promising innovations in applications and systems. With over 1,500 projects successfully completed and a team of 115+ strong, our manufacturing facility in Pune is set to double its production capacity, readying us for the future opportunities that lie ahead.

With a landmark defence project and substantial repeat orders fueling our recovery and growth into new markets such as the UAE, Thailand, Spain, and Bahrain, achieving record order bookings, we bounced back stronger than ever.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought unforeseen challenges. Our resilience was tested but ultimately proven with orders from large Indian PSUs and other prestigious clients.

We secured our largest order for a Combined Cycle Power Plant in Bangladesh, marking a period of record turnover and surpassing Rs. 100cr in order bookings. Our project portfolio expanded to include six biscuit baking ovens at a single location, culminating in over 1000 projects completed.

A milestone was achieved with the execution of our first large combined cycle power plant. An unprecedented order from Bangladesh for 20 WHRBs highlighted our unique capabilities. Recognition from the CII with awards for innovation and efficiency celebrated our progress, with over 700 projects to our name.

The year brought a new chapter with a private equity investment from Helix Investments, which enhanced organisational processes and systems.

The acquisition of 5 acres in Pune for a new manufacturing plant was a strategic move. By 2009, our facility was operational. Our expertise in Waste Heat Recovery Boilers solidified with major orders from India’s petrochemicals and fertilisers sectors, establishing us as a key supplier. Our innovative biscuit baking ovens for a leading confectionery company in India underscored our commitment to efficiency and global expansion.

Our capacity saw a massive boost with the acquisition of Maxfab Engineers, doubling our manufacturing space. During this period, we also transitioned to “M.E Energy Pvt. Ltd.,” a name that would become synonymous with over 100 successful projects. Our portfolio diversified into energy-saving and cost-reduction systems for process plants, winning orders from esteemed blue-chip companies.

Expanding our horizons, we ventured into designing and manufacturing a wide array of heat exchangers suitable for various applications. The establishment of a 10,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility and a 4,000 sq. ft corporate office laid the foundation for our future growth. An export order from a prominent Polyester Manufacturing company in Southeast Asia helped expand our team to over 30 engineers and managers, enhancing our global footprint.

The journey began with a breakthrough order for Hot Air Systems from an automobile industry leader, setting the stage for further success. This initial triumph led to a series of engagements with both the automobile and chemical sectors, prompting us to grow our team to five professionals.

“Maxheat Engineering Pvt. Ltd.” was established, signalling our entry into the thermal engineering sector. From day one, our focus was on crafting advanced thermal engineering systems designed to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
