  • Principal / Lead Engineer (Detail Engineer)

    Job Description

    • Reporting to: Design & Engineering Head
    • Experience: 4 to 6 Years
    • Qualification: Diploma /BE in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
    • Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards
    • Domain: EPC / Supply orders for Energy Saving Systems, Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems, Waste Heat Based Power Plant etc.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Should have worked in power plant projects involving WHRB’s, HRSG’s, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels etc.
    • Should be able to handle the complete project independently.
    • Preparation of manufacturing drawings of WHRB (smoke tube and water tube), pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, as per IBR and ASME.
    • Preparation of structure drawings
    • Manufacturing drawings for self-supported and structure supported chimneys.
    • Layout drawings, GA drawings, foundation drawings.
    • Compact skids.

    Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

    • Software familiarity: AutoCAD/ Solid-works, PV-Elite and other relevant software to work dependently.
    • Knowledge of mechanical calculations as per IBR, ASME and calculations for structure, Review of STADD output, will be of added advantage.
    • Excellent skills with PC / Laptop to manage work. Good communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.

  • Structural Designer

    Job Description

    • Reporting to: Manager
    • Experience: 4 to 6 Years
    • Qualification: BE in Mech Engg, BE in Civil, ME in Structural/Thermal/power
    • Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards
    • Domain: EPC / Supply orders for Energy Saving Systems, Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems, Waste Heat Based Power Plant etc.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of structural engineering calculations comprising of analysis and design of boiler components or analysis and design of related steel technological structures
      following contractual requirements.
    • Studying the contractual design requirement, scope of work for structural engineering & reference drawings (if available)
    • Review the 3D model and basic and detail engineering drawings of equipment, structures and ensure all contractual requirements are met
    • Participate in design review and peer review sessions and ensure that calculations and reports prepared are properly checked and reviewed before internal or external release, JD – Structural Designer June 2024
    • Ensure that lessons learned from previous projects & tenders are known and utilized within the teams.

    • Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in Basic & Detailed Engineering
    • Knowledge of Indian & International (AISC, Euro, DIN, JIS, GB etc.) Standards related to Structural Engineering
    • Hands on and working knowledge of structural engineering & finite element analysis software viz. Staad,
    • Exposure with 2D & 3D detailing software viz. AutoCAD, Tekla, PDMS
