  • Lead Engineer (Detailing Engg)

    Job Description

    • Reporting to: Design & Engineering Head
    • Experience: 6 to 8 Years
    • Qualification: Diploma /BE in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
    • Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards
    • Domain: EPC / Supply orders for Energy Saving Systems, Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems, Waste Heat Based Power Plant etc.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Should have worked in power plant projects involving WHRB’s, HRSG’s, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels etc.
    • Should be able to handle the complete project independently.
    • Preparation of manufacturing drawings of WHRB (smoke tube and water tube), pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, as per IBR and ASME.
    • Preparation of structure drawings
    • Manufacturing drawings for self-supported and structure supported chimneys.
    • Layout drawings, GA drawings, foundation drawings.
    • Compact skids.

    Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

    • Software familiarity: AutoCAD/ Solid-works, PV-Elite and other relevant software to work dependently.
    • Knowledge of mechanical calculations as per IBR, ASME and calculations for structure, Review of STADD output, will be of added advantage.
    • Excellent skills with PC / Laptop to manage work. Good communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.

  • Draughtsman

    Job Description

    • Reporting to: Asst. Manager Detailing Engineering
    • Experience: 3 to 4 Years
    • Qualification: NCTVT / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
    • Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards
    • Domain: EPC / Supply orders for Energy Saving Systems, Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems, Waste Heat Based Power Plant etc.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Should be able to handle the complete project independently.
    • Preparation of manufacturing drawings of WHRB (smoke tube and water tube), pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, as per IBR and ASME.
    • Preparation of structure drawings, equipment mounting drawing, ladder, platform, staircase, piping support, ducting support drawing.
    • Manufacturing drawings for self-supported and structure supported chimneys
    • Equipment drawing, Layout drawings, GA drawings, foundation drawings, Ducting layout
    • Compact skids

    Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

    • Candidate should have exposure to minimum 3 in above activities. Should work on above activities on Auto-cad independently.
    • Knowledge of power plant and 3D modeling will be of added advantage.

  • International Sales & Manager

    Job Description

    • Reporting to: International Sales & Manager
    • Experience: 8 to 10 Years
    • Qualification: BE Mechanical / Chemical / DME (with relevant experience), M.B.A in Marketing
    • Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards
    • Domain: EPC / Supply orders for Energy Saving Systems, Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems, Waste Heat Based Power Plant etc.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Sales &Marketing of Capital Equipment, Turnkey & EPC packages.
    • Front-ending the complete sales, marketing and business development with potential customers.
    • Achieving sales targets and other functional goals.
    • Gathering market intelligence for products and competition.
    • Registration with intermediaries – OEM’s, process licensees and EPC contractors and set up sales pipeline.
    • Technical study of the customer’s application & feedback, proposing optimum solutions
    • Coordinate for offer preparation, review offers, submission and follow up with the customers till order closure
    • Support execution team as required post handing over.
    • Maintain database, MIS.

    Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

    • Exposure and hand on experience in managing sales & marketing in multiple overseas markets in all the above-mentioned products with clear Individual responsibility of Order Booking.
    • Ability to deal with senior decision makers, building long term relationship with customers
    • Capability to strike relationships, build strong network and develop sales pipelines.
    • Clear vision on profitability, commercial acumen and Business Analysis skills.
    • Strong Communication skills – Verbal, Written and presentation.
    • Willing to travel, mature and clear in strategic thinking process and implementation
