1. Position : Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager - Commercial – Depending upon merits

Reporting to: Head - Commercial

Location: Pune

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline; MBA (Finance or Foreign trade) desired

Experience: 8-15 years

Remuneration: 6 - 10 lacs p.a

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Handling of all day-to-day commercial operations like dispatch, shipping, LC documentation, invoicing, collection, bank transactions such as documentation for LC, BG, bill discounting, reconciliation, analyzing commercial terms for enquiries and order in a highly export centric EPC company.
  • Handling negotiations with transport agencies & follow up of consignments for both exports and domestic shipping
  • Responsible for accounts receivables follow up & monitoring
  • Responsible for DGFT, EEPC activities; dealing with trade associations like CII etc.
  • Responsible for factory office & staff insurance, transit insurance, mediclaim - staff & workers.
  • Responsible for handling legal matters & contractual obligations.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
  • Should have handled end-to-end commercial transactions in a growing, project business dealing with high proportion of export projects
  • Ability to deal with senior decision makers.
  • Strong Communication skills - Verbal, Written and presentation in English

2. Position : Sales & Marketing. (Designation Commensurate with Experience)

Reporting to: Head - Sales & Marketing

Location: Pune

Qualification: BE Mechanical / Chemical / DME.

Experience: 5-8 years.

Remuneration:Commensurate with capabilities and Industry standards.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Marketing of Capital Equipment, Turnkey & EPC packages. Achieving sales targets and other functional goals.
  • Front-ending the complete sales, marketing and business development with potential customers.
  • Proactively generate and manage leads and enquiries.
  • Registration with intermediaries - OEM’s, Process licensees and EPC contractors and set up sales pipe line.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
  • Should have worked in front-end sales & marketing in a Project / EPC company with Experience in Export as well as Domestic sales.
  • Ability to deal with senior decision makers, building long term relationship with customers.
  • Strong Communication skills - Verbal, Written and Presentation.
  • Well-travelled, willing to travel, mature and clear in thinking process and implementation.
